Introduction
Hi my name is Sophie I am 35 years old and live with my husband. We have two children together aged 10 and 13 years. After having my second child it wasn't beneficial for me to go back to work so I decided that from September 2013 I would carry on doing what I love best and look after children but from my own home. I have a level 3 BTEC National Diploma in Early Years and I have 7 years experience working in a nursery as a qualified nursery nurse and I have been a childminder since 2013. I am also a fully qualified paediatric first aider. Prior to this I was a private nanny for three children.
I have a lot of experience with children of all ages and having two of my own, helps me understand the needs of children.

My Home
I live in a detached house 30 seconds walk away from worden Park! There is very easy access to a large back garden with access to water play, footballs and outdoor toys.
I aim to provide a friendly home from home environment which will be safe, clean and a place where your child will be cared for as if they were my own. I go to play centres, the library and meet up with other childminders on a regular basis, which the children all enjoy!
